Even if you use a fluoride-free toothpaste, you are most like still being exposed to fluoride in some shape or form. If it's in your municipality's water supply, you're taking in fluoride, even if it's filtered. I did some research on water filters for pitchers, and also filters on faucets. Those filters do NOT remove fluoride. And a lot of bottled water has been third-party tested, and the results mostly showed fluoride is in that water also.

Thanks for the heads up on turmeric removing fluoride from your brain.

We drink turmeric tea often, this is the recipe:

Boil water and pour into a 10 oz cup
Add:
One level teaspoon of turmeric

One quarter teaspoon cinnamon

And we use Coffee-Mate Italian sweet cream to sweeten to taste.

Let set for 5 minutes

Delicious 😋

Caution the use of
"Coffee Mate".
Bad ingredients.
Robs the marrow from the bones causing Osteoporosis.

Always refrain from those bad ingredients.

Agreed, we don't use much Coffee-Mate product but just for these teas it makes it taste really good.

Over the years, my mother used just a little bit in her coffee...

Chemicals accumulate in the bones over the years...
They don't go away unless a person detoxes.

Her back has cracked 3 times just because she moved a full flower pot the wrong way.
Her spine has curvature.

The point is... Bad ingredients. Ingest bad chemicals is bad.

Try making your own with no chemicals.
