The point I was making is that digital currency came into being within the Cabal financial system. The information I provided was just to illustrate that the Cabal are moving toward a digital currency (which currently are all fiat btw - as far as I know) as their CBDC and all information points toward it being the widely recommended XRP.
Nothing worth doing is without some risk - I get that, but there are some complications that are giving me pause.
