Learning the "old ways." Healthy diet, *good* Rediscovering my connection to God and all that is good.
Yea...dealing with a parent like that now, at least thats what us siblings think. it lines up.
i feel i am being mentally and spiritually tortured every day..
It's very draining, mentally, physically, emotionally. They will just take everything in your tanks, while refusing to see the actual issue and get help, because everyone else is the problem.
Took us 40 years to see it.
