Back when the lock downs were raging I started taking Iver while sick with a bug.
About a week or so in I noticed some serious relief in flow. I still use as a 1 dose twice weekly. And the results have been super.

I talked to him a few months ago on the phone as he works for the same company as I do and we became close friends and collegues.

Some of this treatment protocol appears to use things that make the body alkaline. Cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline environment. Having an alkaline body is a great cancer prohibitor. Eat an alkaline diet and drink alkaline water. Goal is 7.3 ph.
Eliminate all soda, bottled water
Limit sugar intake
These 3 easy things will help reverse acidity
Make water alkaline by adding lemon or a pinch of Soda bicarb to a glass. Or get a pitcher that filters out the impurities like fluoride and makes water alkaline.

Yes! If more people would understand this, illness in this country in particular would plummet. Diabetes, cardiovascular disease ( which is highly linked to diabetes), cancer, respiratory illnesses, gastrointestinal illness, etc. The sugar, soda, bottled water scam was designed IMO to cause MORE ILLNESS, so MORE drugs could be sold by Big Pharma. If people would stop drinking coke, pepsi, and all the other sodas, this alone would have an enormous impact on public health. When I see shopping carts loaded with soda and bottled water, being pushed by overweight people I just want to scream and remove all that poison from their cart. 🤯

when i was very young, marathon runners would eat as much pasta as they could 3 to 4 days prior to running a marathon.
it would take that long for the body to break down the carbs into double sugars and consecutively simple sugars.
required a fair amount of water as well.
wheat was upwards of 5 to 6 feet tall as well
along came the GMO'd versiion
now wheat is 18" tall and the body can turn it in to a double sugar in 4 hours
eat a couple of bleached flower sandwiches or just save yourself the time and shovel down a couple of table spoons of bleached white sugar.

As an RN for 50 years I witnessed the dramatic increase in childhood obesity and subsequent related illnesses in young people. Kids getting tonsils removed because they had sleep apnea that could have been solved with weight loss! Yes it has all been planned IMO. Every box of sugar filled cereal a child
( or adult) eats is pure poison to the body. GMO's are responsible IMO ofthe explosion of gluten intolerance and celiac disease as well.

I was a competitive runner up into my 50's and prior to major running events there was always a pasta dinner before events. 😇
