Hahaha. That would be awesome!! I grew up in Northern Wisconsin and I LOVE my cheeses and sausages and beer. But once I got started and figured out all I was really not eating was breakfast and lunch each time I fasted it became easier. Typically I eat dinner Sunday night and then skip breakfast, and lunch and eat dinner Monday night.
But I absolutely see your point.

You are welcome. Intermittent fasting has literally changed my life. I have tried to get people interested in doing it but until recently everyone thought I was nuts even tho I lost over 50 pounds my first year without changing anything else and not exercising. I am so happy to see people becoming interested in such a great way, and cheap way, to increase overall health. If you ever have questions or need help I would be happy to assist if I can.
He has a few other videos to introduce you to different types of intermittent fasting. There are less stressful ways to start than going right for the 3 day fast. The objective should be to start off slower to prove to yourself that you can do it and then work your way up in length of time fasting. I only do 3 day fasts once a month but do (2) 24 hour fasts during the week, every week, usually on Monday and Thursday.
