Because he was joking with a friend? Becuase he wanted some laughter in an otherwise demoralizing interview? The Insurrection Act and Martial Law are NOT the same thing and by United States Code, require that the public be notified so as not the interfere with military operation. I am reading between the lines.
What part of "Disinformation is Real. Disinformation is Necessary" have you not gotten thus far?
What part of the Rule of Law and that the Publicmust be informed of the Insurection Act and Martial Law have you not understood? The militart does not act in such a fashion.
