FVCK YOU BAR ASSOCIATION. I understand Judge William Derrick is a chicken sh*t piece of garbage you best hide your children and farm animals from. They've already blamed "COVID" on stealing my due process... but they give me a Court Date after ARRESTING ME FOR DEMANDING A COURT DATE BY TELEPHONE.
SO TO BE CLEAR... I'VE BEEN SUMMONED TO A JUDGE AND A COURT I HAVE NO RIGHTS TO ACCESS BECAUSE I'VE BEEN ORDERED TO STAY AWAY BECAUSE I NEVER SURRENDEDERD MY RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL.

So then they arrest me, as you know and throw me in jail overnight and all that bullsh*t and upon my release THEY ORDER ME NEVER TO GO TO THE WESTMINSTER COURT AGAIN, until my trial for the Telephone Terrorist bullsh*t is finished... SO YESTERDAY as the paperwork shows... I gotta go to the Walhalla Magistrate Court (NOT OCONEE COUNTY COURT) which is the logical next step in escalation, but whatever. So yesterday my options were to
1) Plead Guilty of Telephone Terror whatever
2) Plead Not Guilty w/o Jury Trial
3) Plead Not Guilty with Jury Trial*
EVERYONE... ALWAYS CHOOSE 3
so I did that, and when I got home I checked my mail, and lo and behold SHAZAM... there is a letter ordering me to the very place I was just released from Sheriff Mikey Crenshaw's drunk tank ORDERING ME NOT TO EVER GO THERE FOR ANY REASON ANYTIME

As a result, the August Preliminary Hearing where I was badgered and recorded by the same oinker with no Bar Association prosecution being present and this clown ass Judge Will Derrick swinging his tiny "D" around, scheduled the jury to be picked to be picked on September 10th... So my assumption was the jury pool arrives and we pick and the trial is the next day or week at best, so no side can "taint" the jury. So we did that shit on August 10th... and they give me no court date for the "trial". I mean we just picked the fvckin jury, it's a go, but NO, not the SC Bar Association... oh fvckin no.
So I get pissed and finally have to call the courthouse which results in the very same asshole judge having me spend the night in jail and being charged as a telephone terrorist and that somehow this isn't in Oconee County Court... oh no... it in Walhalla Municipal Court, where absolutely none of this sh*t happened. But that's due fvckin process right boys and girls?

No one with a legal degree can explain this to me, and I do have a certain "experience" with litigation. It's a scam they think they can get away with because none will rise up and protect me because THEY ARE THE STATE. I did not come to them, they came to me and according to their "law" they ticketed me for "meter tampering and littering" in January of 2021 and have since managed to have one preliminary herring where State's witness (the head oinker in my yard) was allowed to badger me with no representative "prosecution" from the State available. Westminster Municipal Judge allowed this on June 1st 2021, as I was FINALLY summoned 6 months later, then I had to attend the July 2022 Westminster City Council Meeting (that's 13 months later) where I explained the illegal malicious actions of the City to the Chief Executive Brian Ramey, which lead to another preliminary hearing (mysteriously) being scheduled in August 2022
