THIS IS "DUE PROCESS" ACCORDING TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA BAR ASSOCIATION!
FVCK YOU BAR ASSOCIATION. I understand Judge William Derrick is a chicken sh*t piece of garbage you best hide your children and farm animals from. They've already blamed "COVID" on stealing my due process... but they give me a Court Date after ARRESTING ME FOR DEMANDING A COURT DATE BY TELEPHONE.
SO TO BE CLEAR... I'VE BEEN SUMMONED TO A JUDGE AND A COURT I HAVE NO RIGHTS TO ACCESS BECAUSE I'VE BEEN ORDERED TO STAY AWAY BECAUSE I NEVER SURRENDEDERD MY RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL.
What now Dr. Professor Pointey Head at the Law School. Explain it like I'm 5... because I don't fvckin get it, but if it's a war you want, perhaps that can be arranged too.

So then they arrest me, as you know and throw me in jail overnight and all that bullsh*t and upon my release THEY ORDER ME NEVER TO GO TO THE WESTMINSTER COURT AGAIN, until my trial for the Telephone Terrorist bullsh*t is finished... SO YESTERDAY as the paperwork shows... I gotta go to the Walhalla Magistrate Court (NOT OCONEE COUNTY COURT) which is the logical next step in escalation, but whatever. So yesterday my options were to
1) Plead Guilty of Telephone Terror whatever
2) Plead Not Guilty w/o Jury Trial
3) Plead Not Guilty with Jury Trial*
EVERYONE... ALWAYS CHOOSE 3
so I did that, and when I got home I checked my mail, and lo and behold SHAZAM... there is a letter ordering me to the very place I was just released from Sheriff Mikey Crenshaw's drunk tank ORDERING ME NOT TO EVER GO THERE FOR ANY REASON ANYTIME
