THIS IS "DUE PROCESS" ACCORDING TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA BAR ASSOCIATION!

FVCK YOU BAR ASSOCIATION. I understand Judge William Derrick is a chicken sh*t piece of garbage you best hide your children and farm animals from. They've already blamed "COVID" on stealing my due process... but they give me a Court Date after ARRESTING ME FOR DEMANDING A COURT DATE BY TELEPHONE.

SO TO BE CLEAR... I'VE BEEN SUMMONED TO A JUDGE AND A COURT I HAVE NO RIGHTS TO ACCESS BECAUSE I'VE BEEN ORDERED TO STAY AWAY BECAUSE I NEVER SURRENDEDERD MY RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL.

What now Dr. Professor Pointey Head at the Law School. Explain it like I'm 5... because I don't fvckin get it, but if it's a war you want, perhaps that can be arranged too.

No one with a legal degree can explain this to me, and I do have a certain "experience" with litigation. It's a scam they think they can get away with because none will rise up and protect me because THEY ARE THE STATE. I did not come to them, they came to me and according to their "law" they ticketed me for "meter tampering and littering" in January of 2021 and have since managed to have one preliminary herring where State's witness (the head oinker in my yard) was allowed to badger me with no representative "prosecution" from the State available. Westminster Municipal Judge allowed this on June 1st 2021, as I was FINALLY summoned 6 months later, then I had to attend the July 2022 Westminster City Council Meeting (that's 13 months later) where I explained the illegal malicious actions of the City to the Chief Executive Brian Ramey, which lead to another preliminary hearing (mysteriously) being scheduled in August 2022
