my daughter said no for the same reason - many immune system problems including Lyme. She asked if they had anyone ready to help if she reacted to it, if it should be done in a hospital setting for these situations - they had no answer but agreed.

Missed Gluten intolerance (it is not celiac -, different). I have been gluten intolerant for 20 years - and now find that SOURDOUGH works for me because it is fermented long enough to digest the gluten to almost zero (must be a 48-72 hour ferment).
