I made the mistake of cooking some sardine patties yesterday & put fresh chopped green onions in them & not white onions…my digestive system objected BIGLY. Pain last night & this morning. Not being able to eat anything with fiber has left me at times bored with my food. I am overextended mentally & physically to the point I don’t want to deal with Doctors. I am going to need to feel better even to contemplate the paperwork of keeping a doctors appointment. Currently having a tooth ache in my colon, so the offending onions are on their way out, but they’ve left my stomach & small intestines achy. I really need help. And don’t feel able to reach for it. Praying I can take my eyes off the 6 year train wreck in progress long enough to focus on myself. But my mind has been trained from multiple traumas…pay attention & know what is really going on. My Normie husband’s denial of facts without any questioning…definitely leaves me feeling vulnerable. Between a rock & a hard place.
