Just a Fasting update. 24 hour goal reached.

Started @ 179.8lbs
Now @ 175.9lbs

Down 3.9lbs (not doing this for weight loss but its welcomed)

Approaching 25 hours. Not hungry @ the moment but it comes in waves. Took a knap and woke up in a sweat. Feel tingles throughout. You can feel my body using the fuel in the (Toxic) fat stores.

Having a Black coffee and Moving goal post to 36 hours.

Thank you hun, this site has been a renewing home for most of us ever since we left twit wit.

Most here stopped allowing the negative energies to roo the day a long time back and try to help others get to a place of peace inside as well.

Most here realized how satan and his demons were manipulating what we ourselves were manifesting every day and put a stop to that shit. Now we manifest what we want.
Once we get a knowing of how amazing it is to feel the rewards of helping others and really being in service to our ONE God, giving becomes way more fun than receiving. 😘

Many of us found our way here in 2021, the darkest of times. Q stopped posting, we lost our Twitter, Biden “took office,” and VK went radio silent for months.

Although this movement doesn’t have a defined “leader,” losing Q, POTUS, and VK was a giant gut punch.

We had a choice…quit, or keep going.

Your experience in here so far does not surprise me. This is a group of bad ass spiritual warriors that went through this Darkness together.

We had each other and God. This army will be vitally important when we’re called to serve.

Adapt and overcome. While building the attitude to do so, be careful of callous. Toughen the mind not the heart. I hate change generally....I like the same thing to continue to be the same thing forever because I like to depend on things I like (Like this coffee i'm holding that thank u god is always still just coffee) Ask me how many things have ever stayed the same...and how many times I let myself be disappointed at that outcome. Change is necessary even when its not my timing, and at 36 I'm still learning how to deal. Easiest path for change is smiles on the journey. I never minded a bad road with a good friend in the passenger seat. When u get those...appreciate them, even when they change too. They'll be there for you when its your turn.
