1: Don't open it and keep in good condition.
2: Take it with you when you vote in person.
3: If they say you already voted,don't say word about fraud or similar.
4: Ask for someone in charge of precinct to confirm claim that you voted already.
5: call sheriff
6: When sheriff arrives,bring them inside and tell them you want to report identity theft.
7: That is a legitimate charge that can not be dismissed by fraud deniers.
