What do you use for video editing? Having trouble with trimming long clips easily

I felt the same about the 24 stuff when I first watched it. He had national coverage, uninterrupted until the announcement. That's big stuff. In the coming times, we need to be strong for those who will be starting to feel it. The hardest pill to swallow is that everyone is on their own journey. It feels kinda gay right now because I really don't like the 2024 Trump flags and stuff. That being said, it was weird how he announced and I might be missing something. I am thinking yes, though he made it very clear about the problems with our elections towards the end.
I know the country needed this speech. It aired on CNN and wasn't cut until a little after he announced. A lot of good things were said during that time.
