How should a beekeeper extract Honey from the comb? I have a stainless steel spinner. All knives used to cut capping, forks used to scrape capping have damaged the Honey before it reaches your table to put metal spoons in it. Please advise. This saddens my heart. I know of the clubs that heat up there Honey to put it in bottles to sell. This is also very upsetting to me people purchasing honey, for the health of their families, are being deceived daily.💔

This is exactly what I understand to be true. their evil comes from many different directions. I’m praying for a complete annihilation of this evil as everything is being exposed. I pray that my loved ones and those around the world that are still sleeping, wake up and receive our knowledge and comfort through it all. This year has been a very hard year for many to comprehend and bear the burden of truths coming out.

Praying for you🙏🏻 if it is truly sciatica, exercises and stretching helped me, A Chiropractor also helped. My tailbone was popped with the sound of a gunshot and all was well for many years until I had a fall. I couldn’t find another chiropractor that used those same methods. My approach changed. I exercised and stretched, and the sciatica eventually went away.
