I have never had my gallbladder taken out, but I have had trouble in the past. The quickest way I have found relief is Water(from home filtration system, mixed with lemon( squeezed in glass) and PURE olive oil. Olive oil that turns to solid if you refrigerate it. You can almost feel the stones ejecting. I have also notice that nuts sold at stores, packaged are severely tainted with soy, which is a major problem for most. I stopped eating them, and either get them in the shell at local farmers markets. or I don't eat them. I only use real olive oil or real coconut oil, or real butter to cook with. I have started eliminating all soy and other chemical dominated items from my diet. It is best if you cook at home. It is very sad we have to live this way, but the medical field is no longer the same. Neither is the food industry.

I will share a story with you how my ,now, X husband was spared during TWO wars as a combat medic in the frontline.
The first war, ( which nobody says was a war, was the Panama Invasion. They told us one thing, but when he returned home, he told me how their jumpzone was way off and he had to fight his way to the airport, which was more than 2 miles away. He said he landed on top of a building and thinks he killed someone that was shooting at him, but he got away and made it to the airport, with many of the troops. They took over airport easily. I want to say he was gone maybe a month, when he got injured, but not on the battlefield. He busted his collar bone and was sent back to US.

second time being sent to Gulf War. hey landed them into Iraq, but before they started fighting and chemical attacks from Iraq, he got injured playing football and was sent to Germany to hospital and then sent home months later.
