Five years ago he came to our home and let me have it, and all of the lies they'd told him came out.

My husband was livid, but we forgave him and tried to move on. Today was a repeat and you are correct, we chose not to attend a future family gathering because of the alcohol, and that is what caused the temper tantrum.

My husband finally sees the reality of this situation and I can hardly stand to see him in this pain. It's devastating, he was such a good father to Brad.
