PINE NEEDLE FENNEL & STAR ANISE TEA

(Helps to dissolve graphine oxide and provides spike protien protection)

Organic ingredients

10-11 cups purified or spring water
30 tbs white pine needles (lightly blended)
10 ea pc star anise (powdered in blender)
6 tsp heaping fennel seed (lightly blended)

Bring water to soft roll or near boiling
Add ingredients to water
Simmer for 10 min (lowest heat CAREFUL not to boil)
Remove from heat.
Keep lid on for 1 hr allow to steep
Drink 6-8 oz 2 to 3 times per day
Strain into container(s) for refrigeration

Makes about 80-90 oz, 12 -14 servings
