This is from the WHO Europe child development guidline website . These are the GUIDELINES for children age 0-4 & it really says they need to be taught about self exploration & masturbation. They also recommend being taught about bad body feelings through activities such as playing Doctor. Sick isnt even the word for them anymore . They surpassed "sick" a long time ago !
