Quercetin and Zinc. The Quercetin opens the cells for the Zinc to get in and do its job. Quercetin is also a great antioxidant and helpful to maintain good lung and heart health. So many people over complicate this. and fail to remember,, multiplication and division are equally important and done first from left to right followed by addition and subtraction being next from left to right. I find they try to remember stuff like, Multiplication, division, addition subtraction in that order, or not knowing anything and just doing it in order.

-13 Multiplication first, followed by addition and subtraction from left to right
3 x 6 = 18
3 - 18 = -15
-15 + 2 = -13
