So the last 4 weeks have been really rough, today I took those steps to pull myself back out of this hole, even though every part of me is screaming 'why bother'.

But while doing my 'gratitude exercise' today it occurred to me that my catches of 11:11/1:11 this past month have been so low.

Being curious, I checked my album for those times I caught it on my phone

14 times in Jan
14 in Feb
17 in March
24 in April
11 in May
so far only 4 in June

Makes me feel when I put in the the work for myself, the universe nudges me along as something as silly as capturing those 'syncs' brought a smile to my face and encouragement and I miss that.

Life sure is a roller coaster, just seems harder to stay on the tracks these days.
