This work can be done from anywhere in the world. If you’d like to help, text your name and email address to Steve Garland at 720-971-4509. Over 17,000 calls have not been answered, and over 20,000 have not been called back. Each of those calls is a plea for help.
He will send you a training video and an invitation to the crisis hotline.

The suffering is beyond imagination. All volunteers welcome to help with this.

I’m trying to offer my newer Barn and 8 acre pasture to people whose livestock has been misplaced due to Hurricane Helene. The barn in Chester Sc has an unfinished studded out apt but no electricity- we could run a cord from my three car garage if necessary. I also have three available bedrooms. I am having the hardest time getting in touch with organizations such as redcross and such to offer this. If anyone knows how or knows who please let me or the people in the positions know to help those in need. My heart breaks for these people.

We are told over 500 major roads are impassable. Only passable travel is by air.
They are looking for pilots who will work with Total Flight in helping to rescue those who can not drive to safety or getting food and supplies to survivors till they can be rescued. Local civilians are pulling together to help. It is my understand there is little formal rescue help. If you can help or no one who can fly and will please pass this on.
