Not being really able to tell if you are watching a clone, drone, double, masked actor, CGI, historical footage, or the real person is kind of liberating. You just ignore all the "noise" at the individual character level, and only focus on structural matters or issues of principle.

The flat earth deceit has it's own particular style of deceit. Most of the flat earth content I look at has this particular brand of deceit running through it. When you see it, you can't unsee it.

Funny.. I have generally found them to be highly intelligent and the most critical of thinkers. Maybe you have not looked in enough of the places they frequent, judging from your talking points I would hazard a guess that is the case.

Well, allow me to put it to you that you don't know a logical fallacy enough to spot a logical fallacy because there can be no doubt in what I'm saying to you.

It is very clear that the use of logical fallacy is an attempt to "convince" and this is simply because an attempt to "prove" would be a failure in this matter.

I can see the structure of the flat earth argument in technical terms. It clearly works hard to deviate from anything that would spoil the attempt to convince. It is no accident that it does this. If you knew.......

Nothing regarding flat earth even comes close to being considered "evidence" for someone who's genuinely thinking critically.

The word "convincing" and the word "proof" are not even in the same galaxy, but it's easier to fool someone than to convince them that they have been fooled.

The important thing here to get mostly is that people read the energy of what you express... so stick to the specifics, empiricism over relativism... that way you avoid the boomeritis virus so prolific in modern academics, (hat tip to the CCP). Don't get sucked into that... stick with the facts. As an example:

Is a better strategy than..

It's just a more effective and less invasive way of navigating the board as opposed to bashing up the other players, most of whom are on your side in the bigger scheme of things... so its a really self destructive approach thats just likely to end up with you coming under friendly fire.. not literally obviously.. energetically.
