Girl you need to take some time for yourself and heal. You already know what you need to do. I know i told you also get some aged garlic and oil of oregano, they are anti everything that's bad for you and one is a natural antibiotic. You need to take some time for yourself, get some sun, ground yourself often, drink alkaline water or water with fresh lemon in it. You know what you need to do. I too was sick for almost 2 weeks about a week ago. after cutting the neglected lawn of our new home purchase. I could not walk without catching my breath. constant coughing all night and day, weezing and phlegm that kept me up all night.
then my sister stopped by to see our new house, saw how I was still sick and asked if I had been using my inhaler.
