I've been trying to take this quietly in stride and work on healing as best I can on my own without worrying anyone. You wouldn't even really know I've been sick since July 9th because I'm trying my best to be positive and uplift others without complaining about my own problems. I'm so quick to help others who need it, lifting up a prayer to my father where I can, yet I struggle and find it selfish to ask for help myself. With all that said...I could really use some prayer again. I've been sick for almost two weeks now, my sleep has not been full this week, I jerk awake periodically from coughing fits that keep me up at night some of the fits get so severe I puke. I'm exhausted, frustrated and uncomfortable. Any prayers will be lovingly accepted and I'm thankful for them.
Learning the "old ways." Healthy diet, *good* Rediscovering my connection to God and all that is good.
Hope you are feeling better! Adding turmeric to your daily routine can help with coughing. Keeps inflammation down and allows your body to clear what's causing it.
Also, listening to these frogs is relaxing. Take it easy, and allow yourself to heal.
