If you purchase grapefruits and organic lemons, take the peels and boil it in water for 2 hours. I would add honey to the mixture in a juice glass. For me it was the zinc, quercetin, vitamin d, c and garlic thst helped. I only took one HCQ because I didn't like the way I felt.
