i honestly try to , usually as i am out and about, find the people who look sad, alone. Sometimes that 5 or 10 minutes saying kind things brightens thier day. they feel good i feel good and it is contagious. thise eho walliw in the anger out there i honestly dont see anymore. 😍 i hope this helps. i know it always lifts my spirits and my necessary excursions become a challenge to pass smiles and fill peoples hearts. ☺️

sounds funny but even before i awakened this was a game i played when dealing with people. find the sad and lonely 1 and gift them a kind word or smile. i would set goals each time trying to out do last excursion. im an introvert so this made be interact. And the iles were such a gift back. 😍
