Get it off the exchanges unless you are actively trading it.

Did you know that Uphold doesn't allow many popular crypto currencies to be withdrawn from the exchange?? I bought a Ledger to prepare getting everything off the exchanges, Got my XRP moved....tried to move my DOGE.....no can do.
Can only buy, sell, or send to other Uphold user.
Same with ALGO, ADA, XLM, XDC, IOTA, HBAR, and many more. It's listed as Tier 4 here 👇

I had no problem moving most of my crypto from the Canadian NDAX exchange to my Ledger. Still trying to figure out the 3rd party apps though...

I converted my XLM to XRP to get it off then once moved to ledger converted it back. Uphold doesn't support stellar exchange. Just a way for them to make money on the conversion.

Based on some research...word is... exchanges can continually short the currencies by only providing IOU's. Why else would they prevent you from moving it.
The whole system is questionable, much like the FED & Wallstreet.
