I recommend heavy metal detoxing to nearly everyone. Fluoride alone is a prevalent halide metal that can block iodine absorption in our glands. Iodine is the base chemical in most hormones.

Oh and Iodine! I use Povidone in the bath water, because we are on city water and only have RO system for our cooking and drinking water and Lugols Iodine for pulsing, high doses orally. 🤗🙏

heck yeah, iodine is hard to find. The soil that our corporate farm food comes from is so depleted that they had to start putting iodine in salt so that we didn't all develop thyroid cancer from our smoke alarms. Seaweed and some algae still contain a lot of iodine.
