When I do eat this is what I eat mostly & as organic or local grown without pesticides that I can get my hands on.Pecans,walnuts I do not buy organic because I can't afford organic,but they're in a hard shell so hopefully safe.Nuts contain lectins,high levels of lectins can cause digestive issues,esp when eaten raw or under-cooked but just a cup or 2 a day spread out satisfies/cuts cravings.
