That is a very wise quotation. but I find one small detail left out. This is a battle fought on different terms bc of who we are fighting. We are not fighting each other. It is the dark side only one of those dark side team members can not be swayed. He's been evil for a very long time and the evil has become him. Once those dark team members sign over an allegiance to him, they are lost forever.
