Who would have ever thought that this old tried and true formula would now be center stage. I was on this very formula when I was born in 1944. It was a well known recipe and used by many new mothers. When these baby formula manufacturers came out with the powder formulas the new mothers (and dads) jumped on it. Little did anybody consider how that might be used as a weapon against the infants and their parents. BTW - illegal immigrant mothers with infants get supplied with baby formula with no charge.
