Since most of the indictments involve Treason, they will be heard by a military tribunal. And I'm fairly certain that tribunals have been taking place for at least a year. Gitmo has been a busy place and they're being re-supplied three times a week, which is a lot higher than normal.

There's a site called Real Raw News that claims to get inside information on tribunals and executions. It seems like fake news at first, but the more articles I read, the more legitimate it seems to be. There's too many inside details for someone to dream up. At the very least its fun to read.
