Lol it's not tinnitus, zero symptoms. no thumping, wooshing, heart issues, etc. My hearing is perfect, even after surviving the 80's & 90's music at excessive decibels 😆

Spiritual explanation of tinnitus: energy is not only seen, but also heard. If you suffer from tinnitus, that is energy from your energy center that you hear. Some people can see energy, I am one of them, and some go even further and can see the energy of thoughts coming out of your head because everything is energy and everything moves.
I agree all thought is energy, seen or unseen and it resonates more with some of us than with others. Telepathy is a good example of knowing a thought / rather than hearing a thought. I can understand some thoughts, the essence of it, but its not a literal dictation, more of a concept is understood just by being with someone. If connected emotionally as well, it can get very intense.
Occasionally I hear a humming, or vibration, but not a concept.
