How to meditate:
1. Have a coffee
2. Have another coffee
3. Find a quiet comfortable place
4. Sit with your body relaxed and eyes closed
5. Say aloud β€œscrew this!” and go for a walk with camera

Another couple cups and you'll be buzzing right along with the bees!
