I think they believe in the time of Noah. They think they can run to their shelters when the flood comes. However they didn't consider the Flood to be that of information.
For people who hate God so much and worship the rainbow did "they" not read in his word that the rainbow was God's promise to never destroy humanity again with a flood?

There is a substantial difference between knowing about the bible and believing in what it says.
Well my reply was in reference to VK mentioning the "times of Noah" which would include the flood, and the subsequent rainbow and God's promise. "They" who he refers to knows the Bible.
