Trump had two choices and neither was very good. He did Operation Warp speed to mess up THEIR schedule. Because of this action, he RUSHED THEM well before they were ready. (Anything done in a rush is usually done badly.) Yes, there were casualties but, if he had not rushed them, it would have been 10 years of lockdowns and 100s of millions dead.
