The best - the only - reliable teacher of the Word of God is the Holy Spirit. As you continue on your quest for understanding, you can lean on Him to interpret and guide you into the meanings of all things.
If you don't have a Strong's concordance you may want to get one, since many Greek-English word translations aren't great. For example, the Greek words translated into "week" in Revelations often can mean epoch, era, time, timeframe, and more.
This really affects the view of the end times. Two and a half weeks? Or two and a half eras or timeframes (one thousand years)? Interesting to ponder...
I now believe we have been in the End Times since Christ left us.
