It needs to be tough but fair and free of bots/trolls (if that is possible). I can't believe what gets allowed on Twitter and what gets kicked off - like a bad football referee. If you want to get a good feel of real peoples feelings on a Twitter post just view the 'Quote Tweets'. Most bots aren't programmed for that feature.
