I had a feeling the whole thing was staged.
So many people have faked their exits from the show.

I Feel like she's still with us.
Her "passing" was more like part of the movie to show awareness of the horrific things the corrupt corporations called hospitals (health care) were doing for $$$.
There were powerful people that could and would have intervened on her behalf.
