Here's the problem with that statement. It isnt going to effect the rich. They are going to sell their stocks and donate to another rich person's "foundation" thus claiming a tax exemption or take advantage of many other loopholes available to them. The people effected are the hard working middle class that have invested toward a retirement only to see it swiped away from them at the last minute as their dividends and profits fade away.
People by now should know that they need to take their money out. The stock market has never been anything more than a scam
It is one more step towards complete demolition of the matrix.
Speaking of the matrix, the new matrix movie is just another hollywood orgasm of wasted money and mindless distraction.
I absolutely agree in that context BUT only if the working man's money/investments are secured and protected.
