Here's the problem with that statement. It isnt going to effect the rich. They are going to sell their stocks and donate to another rich person's "foundation" thus claiming a tax exemption or take advantage of many other loopholes available to them. The people effected are the hard working middle class that have invested toward a retirement only to see it swiped away from them at the last minute as their dividends and profits fade away.

It is one more step towards complete demolition of the matrix.

People by now should know that they need to take their money out. The stock market has never been anything more than a scam
