We have a republican majority in our state legislature, so that's the key.
States that have democrat/communist legislatures along with a communist governor are unfortunately screwed for the most part.

We have a communist Gov for sure .. but we DO have a kick ass Atty. Gen. ad he is going after the commie for violating his oath of office AND the Constitution. ANd he was 'voted' in with one of those 'overnite' 40,000 new votes in his favor. (Louisiana)
