My take is that he's very young and doesn't understand the facts from the fictions that are being whispered in his ears currently. Kid has been through worse battlefield than some enlisted. Not thrilled with his ungrateful attitude, but other than that he seems like a good kid.

Hugely uninformed, like many Americans. Unfortunate, but not unexpected.
Certainly won't be a Patriot leader.
His case was significant, but I don't think he himself will be significant to our movement.
