For the higher level cabal they give their first two children away to other cabal families. This is done to ensure they can be raised in the way of the cabal without emotional family ties getting in the way. It is also a way to blackmail the family if the need arises.

I am confused as to where this all

Children seem to look most like their fathers/mothers when they are young. Although this can last a lifetime when they grow they take on their own look. If you find pictures of people when they are young and compare them to their fathers/mothers (maybe young pictures also) the truth will really stand out. If when the person has grown they look nothing like either parent this should say something also. Though this is not always the case it is most of the time. Compare Trump and Kennedy, Compare Jr. and Frank Sinatra. Than compare JFK and JFK jr. Let me know what you see.
