I gotcha ... but this "Nana" character's talk of humans being "eternal energy beings" directly contradicts Biblical truth.

We won't be "eternal" til Jesus' return and the day of resurrection when 'the wheat will be separated from the chaff'.

He *grants* us effective immortality at the resurrection. 'Effective' because access to the tree of life is restored to us. Rev 22.

My answer to the common 'the Bible has been messed with' (and it has) excuse for dismissing what it clearly says, at least the translations based on the massive body of 'textus receptus' or the 'received texts' like the KJV (and others) is this ..

Can we really imagine the Creator of ALL and EVERYTHING *could* not, or *would* not, be able to protect His Word from whatever shenanigans the devil has attempted to corrupt it? Keeping ALL that HE *needs* us to know for our eternal salvation available in ONE book and still available to ALL mankind EVERYWHERE?

Would He really let His Word get all watered down, spread out .. with so many 'books' directly contradicting others ... making it near impossible to get a clear and *accurate* account of His information and message without keeping just ONE intact?

I can't imagine that myself. He's not the author of confusion ... that's the devil's trick.

BUT they did also do things like remove all the writings of Enoch as they explained the details of the workings of the heavenly clockwork we call the firmament and the sun and moon. That would destroy the globe lie...there is a lot of deception in civilization carried out worldwide through Bible manipulation. Much modification to the regular circulated/known books was to hide God and his proofs in the world the early collections of writing contained.

Adequately studied and properly understood the KJV and the others based on the 'received texts' contain ALL *essential* truths and information God *needs* us to know ... to know of Him, His works and His message ... unto eternal salvation.

After the resurrection those 'heavenly books' will, as promised, be opened to us and we'll then be able to learn ... the rest of the story.

...this began in the mid-seventies for me...it has been a LONG road to the patriarch, minister, and both father and grandfather of a vast "tribe" literally (6 children/9 grandchildren) from my humble first scratchings at what were the real answers to life...
This curiosity is mine...I have been on this quest since before the internet was public. My first online arguments were via dial-up...I have had this thirst for longer than some here have been alive. In very short order/months my oldest child will celebrate her 37th birthday...
"I" as in me wholeheartedly want to see...I have kept this faith through thick and thin...backslides and refounding, failed marriages, etc...I really want to know the whole story that has been hidden and no one knows that tries to tell me. My initial searches into truth involved card catalogs/decimal system files and ordering/waiting for hard copies to show up for research.

When hubs & I got fed up with the Obamanation, we sold out & moved to Uruguay. Built ourselves a house in the eucalyptus forest (
we built it - literally... Cut our uprights from the forest & bought our boards from our closest neighbor - who had a sawmill!). No electricity.

Had to build our own ladder. Recycle everything. Make your own medicine.

Due to this morning's display in my back yard, we will be expecting more piglets February 18th...

When you're used to making do with NOTHING, you just KNOW this coming "disaster" is going to be a cakewalk!

It's only going to be hard on folks who never had to use the lint filter from a discarded washing machine to brew their coffee with!

My best hint? Teach folks how to build "Loveable Loos" and where to get sawdust! LOL

The house I grew up in was added onto in 76 by cutting the timber from our land, loading/hauling logs ourselves on our own truck to mill, returning/delivering our cut lumber to the house, constructing it from foundation to shingles ourselves. I was 9 running log skidding dogs behind a tractor! 2-acre garden 1-acre potato field standard summer croppin, then everything that ripened we picked by the boatload/free wild food every seasonal arrival of whatever was happening that time of year! Including fishing like crazy!

Soil is very acid right now, but we'll remedy that.

Meanwhile, watermelons, canteloupes, blueberries & okra grow just fine!

OKRA! I struggle farming here...very dead soil here. I am in an old area leading into the old uranium mining days of the US. Very poor soil about, have to make your own or buy/import to have any. Farming is here along the river but those premium strips of level farm land with river flood soil buildup are long since taken by orchards and vinyards in the early states days.

I grew up over there & the soil is just rotten (and radioactive).

So KIND of our government to allow all the Navajos FREE ROCK for building homes... just get it from the uranium mine.

Many raised 3 generations in those radioactive houses.

Can you IMAGINE having to walk 1200 miles on "relocation," then after a year or so, having to walk BACK???

I live near Utah and this whole region is littered with radiactive waste for decades/generations now. Mesa County Colorado is where millions over decades launched uranium mining opoerations to and from. All that material was collected in/sold/shipped from the region I live in. And yea it is like that whitish chalky hard pan dust hardened into cement in the sun and has literlly NO organing material in it nearly! It is pretty much near sterile. Then the problem is compounded by the rivers here cutting through these ancient salt laden sea beds so our irrigation water is rather satly on top of the salt/uranium mining mleftovers in the soil! I save lawn clippings and make my own planting soil and do beds/pots not in the ground here to eat.
