I gotcha ... but this "Nana" character's talk of humans being "eternal energy beings" directly contradicts Biblical truth.
We won't be "eternal" til Jesus' return and the day of resurrection when 'the wheat will be separated from the chaff'.

My answer to the common 'the Bible has been messed with' (and it has) excuse for dismissing what it clearly says, at least the translations based on the massive body of 'textus receptus' or the 'received texts' like the KJV (and others) is this ..
Can we really imagine the Creator of ALL and EVERYTHING *could* not, or *would* not, be able to protect His Word from whatever shenanigans the devil has attempted to corrupt it? Keeping ALL that HE *needs* us to know for our eternal salvation available in ONE book and still available to ALL mankind EVERYWHERE?
Would He really let His Word get all watered down, spread out .. with so many 'books' directly contradicting others ... making it near impossible to get a clear and *accurate* account of His information and message without keeping just ONE intact?
I can't imagine that myself. He's not the author of confusion ... that's the devil's trick.
The removed areas keep seemingly to me to be things that would make you rebel or stand against a wrongful leader or governance. They seemed more to "soften" it radically and not change so much of what they left but these different floods of versions last generation really muddy the hell out of the waters. That over a decade or so starts to have a "leaking into the Christian mainstream flow of information" and begins to alter belief systems long-held prior. I ministered awhile back in the '90s and see myself firsthand the "evolution" of Christianity into alternate beliefs than in the Bible. Strange tales clearly intended to stray beliefs...have groups like one I read about with a large following think Jesus was some like 16th-century mariner crucified on the mast of a ship! Or that Jesus was a bloodline descendant from Egypt that took over the Lower Nile and were known as the "Foreign Rulers" to the Egyptians the Hyksos which is the name for the tribe that grew to such power and size
