Since Illinois brought back the mask mandate almost a month ago, I said no way I would never wear it again. Shopping everyday, in and out of grocery stores, HomeGoods, restaurants, I even talk to people that work there and check out and pay with managers and no one says a word anymore. Sadly, I have seen 3 other people without one in a month, and no one approaches or scorns me. If you could see the look on my face when I know someone is watching me you would understand why they don't approach me. Yesterday, a nice woman approached me and my BF and said wow, it's so great to see someone not wearing it. I said just take it off, it's ok, be a leader not a follower. I said that to my BF 2 week ago, he would walk in with one and take it off once inside if he saw they were ok with me without one. I said, be a man, have the balls to walk in without it. BE A LEADER, NOT A FOLLOWER!!
