Tips on using this stuff ???
Info on use from a friend: I started with three drops of each the solution and the activator mixing them together for 30 seconds before you add the water. People talk about a terrible taste but I had no issues. I gradually moved up to five or six drops of each per day - I added - just put it in a smoothie - no taste issues :)
