they broke only for their dept. they aint broke cant afford security for themselves broke or not broke enough to end their rein just a matter of raising the debt ceiling and pulling it outta thin air.

Agree I heard this too. My husband also said they send these from time to time and just like you said they just raise the debt ceiling.
